'm Ben Vallance, an outdoor visual storyteller based in Salt Lake City. I craft creative assets for gear brands, tourism boards, and adventure operators across the American West — not just a stack of deliverables, but work built around what actually moves people to buy or book.

My work is shot on location — from mountains and canyons to forests and deserts. I bring a grounded, authentic feel that draws people into those moments and places.

That same instinct drives my documentary work, including embedded production with search and rescue teams operating in some of the most demanding terrain in the region.
